As an example, air-condition freon test, filter changes, and fire-alarm battery testing require the service-man to access individual condo units one at a time. Someone has to be with the service-man during the time of service when the individual co-owner(s) cannot be at home, making sure that their working boots are either taken off or shoe-covers put on, and these maintenance service calls can be very time consuming, sometimes taking the whole working day.
If a condominium building has 100 units and 15 minutes is spent with each unit, (fire-alarm batteries are tested in each room of the individual condo and the condo's interior fire-alarm is also tested to see if the main fire-panel is synchronized and lights up correctly), then 1500 minutes or 25 hours is needed to perform this work. The Condo Administrator might not have that kind of time to spend with the service-man but we are able to provide on-site supervision.
We also assist the syndicate of co-owners or the Condo Administrator for special services and projects at prices that will suit all budgets, (financing available to qualified Syndicates on security systems we install):

• Beautification of common areas: Interior design and decoration

• Preparation, filing, and presentation to the Small Claims Division of the Court of Québec, (additional charges above our normal price list will be applied based on the type of claim and extent of proof required).

Our condo accounting division provides a complete solution to the syndicate of co-owners:
