Condo Service Pricing

1. Assistance to the Condo Administrator(s) and/or the syndicate of co-owners as per the "Services" page.

• 10-24 units: $35.00 per condo unit per month
• 25-49 units: $25.00 per condo unit per month
• 50-99 units: $20.00 per condo unit per month
• More than 100 units: Negotiable

2. Condo Accounting Services plus the organization and coordinating of one Annual General Meeting. This includes check collection service, deposits, bill payments, sending out notices, and drawing up budgets.

• 10-24 units: $35.00 per condo unit per month
• 25-49 units: $30.00 per condo unit per month
• 50-99 units: $25.00 per condo unit per month
• More than 100 units: Negotiable

3. Full condo service package: Turnkey platform, managing the syndicate of co-owners which includes full assistance and accounting for the Administrators.

• 10-24 units: $60.00 per condo unit per month
• 25-49 units: $45.00 per condo unit per month
• 50-99 units: $35.00 per condo unit per month
• More than 100 units: Negotiable

4. Security system will be tailored to your condo building, and your monitoring and servicing needs.

5. Additional fees will be charged if we are to represent the Syndicate in any court related filings.
